Present the experience of three European countries – Sweden, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom – whose national MSP representatives will share their approaches and achievements in this regard;
Gather initial feedback on the experience of the first cycle of sea-basin strategy documents in France, by mobilizing the various types of stakeholders associated with this process.
